It has been a busy week in the NFL for coaching landing in a new spot. Although the NFL Playoffs are currently underway, teams who aren’t in the postseason are looking for ways to improve their teams. The Carolina Panthers are the latest to do so.

Former Temple and Baylor head football coach Matt Rhule has agreed to terms to become the new head coach of the Carolina Panthers.
Rhule has become known as a leader who can built programs. Both Temple and Baylor were struggling before Rhule’s arrival and he quickly turned both programs around into winning teams. Rhule is also respect as a offensive guru so it will be interesting to see if the Panthers plan to keep Cam Newton at quarterback. It will also be interesting to see how this coaching change could impact running back Christian McCaffrey.
The Panthers will make the official announcement later this week. Follow @eldorado2452 on Twitter and Instagram for all your sports news.
