Pop Smoke will release his self-titled second posthumous album on July 16, which includes 17 tracks. It first appeared in the Brooklyn rapper’s trailer last month, which showed him in various stages of his life, which sadly ended far too soon.
Pop Smoke’s long-awaited final track, an outro of 30 seconds, was revealed with the trailer, in which he urges listeners to stay steadfast as you pursue your dreams.
The world got to hear the well-received project Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon last year, featuring 19 tracks and features from Quavo (who made three notable appearances), among others Roddy Ricch, Swae Lee, DaBaby, Future, Lil Baby, 50 Cent, Rowdy Rebel, and more. Pop Smoke also had enormous commercial success, earning a Billboard 200 ranking of number one after selling 251,000 equivalent albums during its first week of release. Eventually, a deluxe edition of Shoot For The Stars Aim For The Moon surfaced with 15 additional tracks and collaborations with artists such as Burna Boy, Jamie Foxx, Fivio Foreign, Gunna, and Young Thug.
