In the past few months, Travis Thompson has shared two previews of what is to come. With his first release, Crossfaded, and now with his collaboration with Kyle and Kota The Friend, Parce Cars, he is making a strong line up of releases. A scene from the official music video shows Travis trying to manage a car valet company, until he hijacks a guest’s car and takes it on a joyride with his friends while delivering his opening verse:
He most recently released Reckless Endangerment in 2019. For 2020, he appeared relatively dormant despite his two singles of 2021. His 2019 releases included “Malice” and “God’s Favorite.”
Throughout these recent months, Kota The Friend took care to keep his fans well-fed by dropping regular visuals from his Lyrics to GO, Vol 2 project. His upcoming project, his 3rd solo album, also has a new single called “Outside”. It was 2020’s Everything that was his last full-length release. A total of 12 records were created for the album, including collaborations with Bas, Joey Bada$$, Kyle, and even Lil Kota’s father, in addition to other guests.
