We are happy to finally see that the pandemic will no longer hold back live concerts. It seems as though the tide has passed and a personal favorite festival of mine that means so much to the culture, Broccoli City Festival, is making its return this Spring in Washington D.C. with a star-studded lineup.
This year’s list of acts includes headliners 21 Savage, Lil Durk, Summer Walker Jeezy, and DMV representative Ari Lennox. Wale was slated to perform as well but has since decided to pull out to the dismay of many of his fans. MC Rodney Rickai, WKYS’s own Little Bacon Bear, and Gia Peppers will host along with DJ Domo, Malcolm Xavier, and Jae Murphy.
The 8th annual festival will be a two-day affair going down May 7-8, 2022, at the RFK Stadium Festival Grounds. You can cop your GA and VIP tickets are on sale now via the Broccoli City Festival website HERE.
