Lute, Dreamville’s very own Gold Mouf, has been teasing his new album for a few months now, a 13-track album featuring labelmates like Cozz, J.I.D, and Ari Lennox, as well as Westside Boogie, BJ The Chicago Kid, Saba, and more. Now that Lute has launched another visual from the project, fans have had a chance to experience the tracks live at Dreamvillefest this past month. As shown in the music video for “Changes” directed by Guerilla Mike, the scenes enhance the message of adaptability of the song:
Most recently, Lute featured on D-Day: A Gangsta Grillz Mixtape hosted by DJ Drama, a mixtape featuring the entire Dreamville roster. Lutes bars were featured on tracks such as “Like Wine.”
“BJ Wednesdays” are back for another year, brought to you by BJ The Chicago Kid. He began the EP with “Smooth,” followed by “6 Months” shortly thereafter, and finally, “Making Me Mad” concluded it. The Chicago Kid announced he is beginning “BJ Wednesdays” for the purpose of providing some tunes to his fans during the week.
