Connecticut crooner Dustystaytrue has just shared his new project Talk More Soon. Across 15-tracks, Dusty wears his heart on his sleeve––utilizing crafty songwriting, memorable hooks, and punchy verses to communicate the wide array of emotions the project delves into. On “Reflections”, Dusty trades somber soliloquies with his South Coast Music Group label mate Toosii, with the pair delivering soothing melodies and introspective wordplay over a smooth guitar and subtle drums. “Keep My Distance” is an up-tempo & snappy track, with Dusty lining the fast-paced instrumental with braggadocios bars and thoughtful musings. Connecticut-native Dustystaytrue struck on the scene in 2020 with his standout track “Never Change” (80m + streams) and has kept the momentum going ever since.
