Roc Nation’s latest signee Brooklyn rapper HDBeenDope is debuting his new music video for his song “Mamba” from his latest EP project “What Can They Say” via BET Times Square Billboard and BET Music. The video made its broadcast premiere on BET Jams and the Paramount+ Times Square billboards.
Directed by Erikson Corniel, the video opens with dynamic visuals of friends racing past HD in luxury sports cars, street bikes, wheelie-popping quads fully capturing the grit and sound of New York’s streets. The video pans out to east coast locals championing the rapper’s song going bar-for-bar rapping along at Rutgers basketball court. The explosive celebration of the track is interwoven with clips capturing the vibrant and colorful personalities of New York – fans young and old dance battling, playing the trumpet, cheering with a bottle of champagne, and more.
The highly anticipated music video arrives shortly after the single release’s massive success earlier this year making ESPN network rotations as the song has echoed throughout some of the nation’s largest sports stadiums.
The Brooklyn Native’s new video release comes from his latest EP project What Can They Say, produced by Dizzy Banko which marks just the beginning of HD’s career and who has already been recognized by Rolling Stone, BET Awards, and more.
