$arah S.A.S (Sarah Sultana Al Sabah) was born in 23rd of may 2005, in London, united kingdom. Ever since she was a baby, she loved music. Instead of watching cartoons, as a kid, she used to watch music videos, & put on the 4MUSIC channel on the aerial TV, all the time, in the morning before going to school, and after school while eating dinner. She loved watching and listening to Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna, David Guetta, Nicole Scherzinger, Will Smith, Missy Elliot, Leona Lewis, Alicia Keys, Jay Z, Kanye West and other Musicians.
She began learning to play piano at age three, and became a professional pianist and released her classical album called Cla$$ical S.A.S in 2021. Which became a worldwide hit getting tens of thousands of shazams in a couple months, and hundreds of thousands of streams, purchases and downloads. It has the most hardest piano pieces by composers such as Ludwig van Beethoven, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Frédéric Chopin and other composers.
In an Interview, $arah S.A.S talked & explained that at the age of four, she would record voice memos of herself singing pop songs such as on her families MacBook in her bedroom. She learnt guitar in her early teens. She enjoyed taking part in choir and frequently playing instruments in assemblies. $arah S.A.S began uploading singing, piano and dance covers onto YouTube and social media networks in 2010, reaching millions of views. She began writing songs aged 14 and released her first demo onto Instagram aged 13. She also started performing out in clubs and live music bars and venues, playing piano and singing, aged 13 in London.
In an interview, she explained that she, called her stage name, $arah S.A.S, as her name is Sarah and S.A.S is her initials. She first had no dollar sign in her first name, but as she knew as she grew up, Sarah is a very common name, so she added a dollar sign for extra spice and she was listening to a lot of A$AP Rocky, A$AP Ferg and Travi$ Scott at that time too.
$arah S.A.S has reached millions of streams over all streaming platforms and collaborated with her Songwriter Princess Nso (Nahid Sultana), in the songs $hawty got no money and Fireworks In The Night. They also have an award winning beauty brand together Nahid & Sarah.
