This morning (May 6), Lakeyah returns with her brand new song, “I Look Good.” The track is a confident anthem that serves to represent Lakeyah’s sense of style and spirit as she prepares to take the world by storm. The accompanying video shows Lakeyah leading a workout decked out in all bright pink and rapping to the camera as she holds her ground:
The legendary DJ Drama joined forces with Lakeyah last year for the release of their collaborative single, My Time (Gangsta Grillz: Special Edition). As part of the 11-track project, other artists are represented by Bankroll Freddie, OG Parker, Tyga, and Moneybagg Yo. Consistency has been abundantly demonstrated by accompanying visuals including “Check,” “Reason” “Shots Fired,”by Moneybagg Yo, and “313-414.
Lakeyah previously released her latest work In Due Time in April and has been thanking fans for constant visuals that are on point. Having first released the lavish “Easy” video, she quickly followed with “Perfect,” “Too Much” with Yung Bleu, then Gucci Mane-assisted “Poppin’” cut, she followed up with “Young And Ratchet” to put her in prime position for My Time to follow.
