Shannon Dill known by stage name DaphoDILL has done it again! She released a critically acclaimed video Led Zeppelin from her latest project Anomalous.
DaphoDILL thinks of music as capturing any feeling you have within yourself and bringing that to different styles of beats. By bringing this new twist to the genre of music, she gives you a new look on how far Hip-Hop and Rap Music can escalate. She shows you how to be a rockstar! When asked what was her inspiration in creating the song, she says,” everyone wants to be a rockstar. Everybody wants the cool make-up, the leather pants, and vivid sounding creative music; but, do they really?”
In that she goes on to say , “Everybody sees the bad boy on stage, but they don’t see the boy behind the stage. Everyone loves me because I am a rockstar. It’s something different. You feel alive. Behind closed doors there’s so much more the people, the audience, the fans, don’t see. Yeah I have this great persona, but truly in life we’re all just depressed kids walking each other home through our music.”
Although the song has a feel for a cry out for help, it definitely gives you that rockstar vibe that you want from a different perspective. Relating to and inspiring from the Newly Released Album Anomalous by DaphoDILL, she talks about escape. Her music will trap you within the sound and draw you in with fear, but in the end you will smile from the enjoyment. DaphoDILL has been bringing the rock sounds to the Hip-Hop stage for some time now, and she has definitely made an indent in the music industry. Her music makes you feel! Makes you dream! Makes you wonder! Makes you feel alive! She has moved on forward from creating songs such as All Facts ft. Zaytoven moved inward to her true self even more.
Her single Blue Skies in Paradise was just the same. Blue Skies in Paradise also came from the album Anomalous. She talks about self-reflection, and knowing what you deserve, and how to love yourself enough to know when to let go. She is definitely an artist to keep an eye out on. She says,” you might not remember what indents I’ve had on this life of mine or the impressions I’ve made on this world, but you will definitely remember the name! I’m a Wallflower. I’m an introverted extrovert. I am DaphoDILL.” We should look for new music releasing from DaphoDILL around late March or early April. She goes on to say,”
You will feel this vibe when you hear it; my music will be something different from what you would expect from me as an artist. I am Anomalous! I am a Rockstar! I am deviating from what society sees as normal!” She definitely is creating an enormous vision with her work! DaphoDILL! Oh, DaphoDILL! Where Art Thou.
