Moving up in the world of Southern rap with undeniable style and nearly 80 million streams in the bank, YTB Fatt is here to stay. Channeling the spirit of the “Nature Boy,” the Bread Gang rapper shares “Ric Flair Woo,” his ultra-confident new video single. Kicking off with a motivational speech from the famous wrestler, “Ric Flair Woo” quickly morphs into a haunting Southern slapper, mixing somber violins with crackling percussion. Fatt inserts himself into the instrumental’s copious negative space–including multiple sections without any drums at all–as he experiments with his flow, feverishly spitting his truth, and only stopping to take the occasional breath. In the visual Fatt kicks back in the studio, counting cash and hanging out in a shiny new Maybach, as the visual effects transform him into the spitting image of his nickname: “Fox.”
