310babii solidified his status as L.A.’s hottest rising rapper over the summer, when he earned a Platinum plaque and his high school diploma on the same day. Keeping the temperature high as he approaches his next project 310degrees, the 18-year-old Inglewood native shares “that’s it,” a new single and music video from the project. The video arrives shortly after 310babii garnered his first-ever nomination at the BET Hip-Hop Awards, earning recognition in the “Best Breakthrough Hip-Hop Artist” category.
Levitating above a sinister L.A. instrumental, complete with ice cold keys, thunderous 808s, and tolling bells, the young hitmaker describes what life is like as the man in his city. He stays blasé when he describes the baddies who frequently surround him and encourages them to strut their stuff. In the video, directed by AdamKG, the video for “that’s it” finds 310babii talking his smack in a Davante Adams Las Vegas Raiders jersey, as he commands a team of dancers and tours the city of Oakland while hanging out the window of his luxury truck.
With 300 million streams to date and his high school career in the rearview, 310babii is ready to start a new chapter with 310degrees. Sit back and watch as he continues to make all the right moves.
