Two of alternative rap’s most energetic rising forces, Noble Lyfe and KARRAHBOOO, combine for the self love anthem of the summer’s second half, “2 Pretty”. The original confident and braggadocious tune was crafted by Brooklyn native Noble Lyfe, while sipping tea at popular creative hotspot Soho House, recording in his hotel room. Immediately after recording the demo, Noble Lyfe knew that KARRAHBOOO would be the perfect feature with her witty lines and nonchalant swaggy delivery. Singing “I’m too pretty for the BS, if it’s ugly I’ll leave it alone. Peace and money come pick up the phone.”
Noble Lyfe paints the picture of someone who refuses to be bothered with anything that threatens their curated sense of inner peace. KARRAHBOO joins in with “I’m a bad b*tch I do not want your BD, I got a bad temper so watch how you treat me” letting listeners know her sense of self is not to be played with either. Continuing her engaging run, with devoted fans at her heels, KARRAHBOOO lays down the perfect complimentary verse to Noble’s charismatic chorus. The two match each other’s energy in perfect synergy tying the song together and ensuring the late-summer smash is here to stay.
