Gold-certified artist OMB Peezy cuts deeper than ever on his new mixtape Still Too Deep out now via Overkill / 300 Entertainment. The 14-track project, executive produced by multi-platinum hitmaker Will A Fool (Future, Lil Durk), features GRAMMY-award winner Killer Mike, YFN Lucci, 21 Lil Harold and Belly Gang Kushington.
Still Too Deep includes the previously released gems “Hallways To Highways” and “Bulletproof” featuring Slaughter Gang artist 21 Lil Harold. “Sway Away” with YFN Lucci revolves around a gentle piano melody, stirring strings, and Peezy’s reflective lyricism. He alternates between fiery bars and an unshakable refrain. “I Try” featuring Killer Mike finds the Mobile, Alabama native confronting his struggles with open-hearted rhymes. He leans into raw emotion on the chorus, “Feel like I never get mine right, even though I try.”
