If you familiar with the New York mixtape scene then you familiar with Eleven Ego Crusher. His all female compilation SHE GOT NEXT recieved a Grammy Recommendation and a American Music award consideration. The Harlem award winning producer created the all female label IKONIC but due to the pressure of business and scrambling to find a female artist, Eleven decided to take the budget and invest in himself. Eleven spent over 10yrs behind the desk not thinking about being an artist. Doing PR and A&R most recently being a music supervisor for his company Audio Plug Sync LLC. Eleven says “I never stop loving being an artist but it was too much of me and the life decisions I had to make. behind the scenes was better, I didn’t realize how dusty I was.
I had to tap my bro Crotona P he was my Customado. I had to take it back to my roots the real hip hop shit.” Eleven did just that . He keeps the fine line between real life and art. From overcoming homelessness, being on life support twice, growing financially and as usual talking about his relationships. Actually Crotona P joins him on the head knod “Run” where Eleven talks about inviting his girlfriend out of town so they can build together and she’s not only verbally & Physically abusive but he finds out that he outgrown her . Then at the end he tells his story to Crotona explaining “This is not just lyrics this happened in real life.’ Similar to Notorious BIG “A story to tell” , Dana Dane” is another short but lyrical exercise , braggadosho only told with his Harlem swag while paying homage to The Hip Hop legend, “Thanos” he still have some people that’s unaware of his accolades and why he has to stop dimming his light. But Eleven don’t stop the party there. Eleven talks about how strong the mind is and why it’s important to achieve general wealth with the up-tempo tune “The World is MIND!” Speaking the life we want to live with the song “Billionaire”. This should change any listeners life if used as a affirmations . When Eleven said this was his last project so he was rapping on samples that he loved he meant it. The songs Life, Time, and I like it remind you of the bad boy era. sampling some of our favorite R&B classics. In a nutshell Eleven put together an awesome piece of work which will satisfy any party but most of all wiil make any lyrical hip Hop Head proud.
