Omaha City is not known for music, but community activist-turned-emcee Call Me Hood (also known as David Mitchell) is setting the tone for more to come. The buzzing scam rap star is popping off on the dark web with songs like “Job Application Story” and “Flo App Cheating Method,” which are creating fans at a high level, prompting his social media to grow to massive numbers, including his Instagram at 188K and his TikTok growing to 21K so far with millions of likes across multiple posts.
His newest project, Ultimate Coworker Music, is a parody project, poking fun at workplace situations that everyone encounters in the general work force. After the stage was set by creatives like Teejayx6 and Punchmade Dev, Call Me Hood is looking to reach the top and even potentially secure a Drake co-sign like Guapdad 4000.
Known for putting on for his city in various ways, he has something special about building community online through comedy. Although the comedy is dark at times, he has found a way to galvanize people to share tough experiences in the most light-hearted ways.
Press play on his hilarious new full-length effort now!
