#1 draft pick, Jadevon Clowney has played very little on the field this season. Clowney was set to pair with J.J. Watts to form the most feared defensive line in the league.
unfortunately, Clowney hasn’t been on the field enough to show what could happen. This weekend, he was supposed to on the field, but was scratched at the last-minute due to “illness.”
Well, he wasn’t too sick to double tap a couple of pictures on IG while he sat on the sidelines watching his Texans squad take a L.
Nick Wright of Sports Radio 610 in Houston spotted an Instagram photo that the Texans defensive end appears to have “liked” while watching the game from the sidelines.
The photo was posted to Instagram shortly after kickoff Sunday (around 12:30 p.m. CT). Wright took a screenshot of the image and Clowney’s “like” approximately an hour after.
This was not a good look for someone who’s work ethic was questioned by everyone from draft evaluators to his former college coach Steve Spurrier.
Hopefully he can get on the field and show why he’s been called the most disruptive defensive force since Lawrence Taylor.
