Week 13 of the 2014 NFL season comes to an end tonight as the Miami Dolphins (6-5) vs. New York Jets (2-8) in New Jersey. The New York Jets have struggled this season and they are currently looking at another season not in the playoffs. The Dolphins are looking to become one of the elite teams in the AFC and are looking to march forward right into the postseason.
The Dolphins are moving in the right direction but dreams of a playoff berth could come to an end if the Dolphins don’t get win tonight. The Dolphins defense has been a top ten defense all year and will need to perform on a high note to get a victory tonight. Geno Smith will be behind the center tonight for the Jets and he job could be on the line. The Jets offense has not performed well all year and with limited weapons tonight, the struggle could continue.
Rex Ryan is known for having tough defenses and winning games he shouldn’t but will that turn into a win tonight? I doubt it. Look for the Dolphins to show the world that they are ready for primetime tonight. The Dolphins will collect over 400 total yards on offense and their defense will cause two Jets turnovers.
