Boston is low key breeding one of the most promising hip-hop scenes in the country right now, and Dutchy’s “Money Friendly”, his new single delivered with an accompanying video this evening—solidifies him as one of the names out of the city you can no longer ignore.
Directed by JMP Visuals , “Money Friendly” is a feel-good, motivational street anthem brought to life by a classic rags to riches visual treatment. Dutchy’s been one of my favorite new artists for the past year; the flow is effortless, the melodies are strikingly catchy, and he’s got an undeniable onscreen presence.
