The annual 2015 BET Hip Hop Awards recently invaded the Atlanta area for a weekend full of music, art, and culture. As always, HHS1987’s Eldorado was in attendance to capture all the sights and sounds from another successful Hip Hop-centric extravaganza.
While conducting interviews on the 2015 BET Hip-Hop Awards green carpet, we caught up with El Chapo Jr. himself, College Park native 2 Chainz. 2 Chainz discussed with us what he has been working on. With his newest project ‘Trapavelli Tre’ continuing to heat up the airwaves, 2 Chainz spoke on the success of ‘Trapavelli Tre.’ He informed us that his new project is slated to drop this fall, so be on the lookout for that.
Staying true to Atlanta, 2 Chainz and the Street Execs hosted a celebrity basketball game versus Harlem native Jim Jones’ Vamp Life team on Thursday October, 8th in honor of BET weekend. 2 Chainz spoke on winning the game and he gave us his thoughts on the Atlanta Hawks upcoming 2015-16 season.
Watch the Hip Hop Awards this Tuesday October 13 at 8pm EST/ 7pm Central! Snoop Dogg was the host of this year’s award show, making it his third consecutive time hosting BET Hip Hop Award show.
