From the nice cars, to the clothes to his boss like persona, Hefe Wine commands your attention when he enters the room. Similarly with every release since returning to the game from a brief hiatus, Hefe Wine has turned heads garnering posts on a host of sites.
In addition he has worked with artists like 300 Ent’s T-Wayne and the recently released Gucci Mane. Adding to the hype, Hefe Wine’s classic Houston anthem “Pop my Trunk” was recently featured in the newest Beyoncé dance routine for her Formation Tour earning Hefe attention from the likes of Fader, Noisey and others.
“It was random and crazy, I never would have thought the biggest super star who ever put on shoes would hand pick a song I produced and wrote ten years ago to headline their tour. JUST BLOWN AWAY,” Hefe said of “Pop My Trunk.”
But the OG Houston rapper has plans to take things a step futher socially. Inspired by the recent injustices seen across the United States with regards to police brutality, Hefe Wine felt the need to address the issues for his children and future generations.
