If you follow the youngest Knowles sister on Snapchat, you can attest to the fact that Solange gives us pure, raw, uncut personality in all that she does. You also can recall that towards the finishing stages of her latest, and might I add absolutely remarkable body of work, A Seat At The Table, we caught very brief snippets of her in the studio working towards the piece.
Since it’s September 30th release, it’s become a spectacle for the culture, and the movement. It’s received nothing short of praise for it’s live instrumentation and sonically appealing composition, and to make the deal even sweeter, we now have 2 new videos to accent the project. Solange thrives off of aesthetics with these 2 releases, both of which were co-directed by her husband, Alan Ferguson. Ironically, these 2 videos happen to be favorites for many of us. See up top and below for the official videos to Don’t Touch My Hair and Cranes In The Sky.
