17 year old Swiper is a Philadelphia rapper who is releasing his new video “Deserve It”. This is off his new project “Stupid Genius“. Nice song, I wish the video had a better treatment. I expect more from Swiper especially after he made me a fan earlier in the year with his visual to “Swiper No Swiping“.
