Tell us about your background getting to where you are today?
DJ Don Nova started in the underground reggae party circuit and work his way up the NYC party and promoting ranks. With Various mix tapes and mix shows under his belt. Now he’s moving from the club scene to media hosting weekly talk shows and podcast discussing issues of justice as well as relationship and dating topics.

When did you start music?
I started playing music at the age of 12 mixing with his first set of turntables
How did you get into music?
It was always a passion I couldn’t sleep without it. I knew it was away to express myself and entertain the masses at the same.
What is the most challenging thing you have overcome in your life?
Being a product of single parent home. I would say poverty and making a way from the dirt.
Are you currently signed or independent?
Independent I feel like I can touch more people without a major backing.

Prince and Master P.
Any new music coming out soon?
Working on new project currently.
Do you produce your own music? / If not, who do you work with?
I produce my own music and I’m scouting a group your up and coming producers to use my platform to showcase them.

What does a day inside your shoes look like?
A day in the life of DJ Don Nova is like a movie. I would say. I wake up trying to tackle today’s problems while still building for the future.
