In hip hop, one person who has been consistently breaking the ground in the last two years is Jay Worthy. For instance, just last year, he released the Two4one project, wherein he linked up with four producers for two song’s each, thereby explaining the album’s title. Some other releases are Affiliated (as part of LNDN DRGS with Sean House), Eat When You’re Hungry Sleep When You’re Tired with Harry Fraud, Till the Morning with Shlohmo, and Burnout 4, which was another effort by LNDN DRGS, featuring nine tracks and features from Smoke DZA, Larry June, Serv-On, Elcamino, Boldy James, Chuck Inglish, and more.
Last weekend, Jay Worthy managed to expand his portfolio with the release of ST. LGND 94, which is an ode to both the iconic St. Ides malt liquor and the hip hop artists who ensured it turned popular. Apart from the release, fans can check out the St. Ides commercial, with Worthy’s amazing verses.
