Benia began his musical career as a violinist and has always loved listening to various genres of music. He performed freestyles at parties and a variety of other gatherings, and the flame quickly began to flare.
He saved up enough money to purchase home recording tools and started teaching himself how to record, mix, and master. His enthusiasm for the entire artistic process rapidly developed.
His favorite project is “Toxic” as it shows how he has grown as an artist enhancing his skills. The vocal range and the lyrical content play an efficient role in making his creation a successful one.
He provides us with very interesting information when we ask him about his creative process and how he dealt with being a self-employed artist. “Being in the appropriate setting and mindset is the first step in my creative process. Sometimes all I want to do is reflect on something and convey my feelings.
I’ve discovered that in order to succeed as an independent artist, you must approach your work like a business. This entails conducting oneself professionally, surrounding yourself with the proper people, and developing an entrepreneurial mindset.
Making new music, playing with different sounds, and simply trying to be as original as I can with each song is something I always look forward to. There are ups and downs, just like anything else, and some days are better than others.”
