Dre Wells
Dre Wells is a man you need to know. He is a man that wears many hats. Music artist, producer, songwriter, journalist, gamer, and army veteran. That’s a lot of hats for one person to wear, but today we are going to focus on the man and the music.
Dre Wells has been writing, producing, and releasing music since the early 2000s in his hometown, Gary, IN alongside his older brother, Trey Andretti. Dre Wells makes music that appeals to all genres because he listens to all types of music and likes that to reflect in his music. When listening to his music, you will hear that his lyrics are a reflection of his life, the environment he grew up in, and things he has witnessed throughout his life.
Recently, Dre Wells switched music distributors and that resulted in a lot of his songs being pulled from the internet and no longer being available on streaming platforms. That prompted Dre to want to put his music back out but to do it in a way that would shine light back on his catalog, all while giving his fans the songs they love back on streaming sites to download. This is where Sessions was born. It is an series of albums that will consist of a compilation of Dre Wells’ music from over the years.
Sessions 2, the second installment of this musical series, will be released on August 4, 2022, through his recording 758 Entertainment LLC, which he is the owner of. With this album, listeners and fans will be able to hear songs from Dre throughout the years. They will be able to go on a journey with him with different styles, vibes and genres. There’s literally something on this album for everyone.
