However, two Asian American EDM artists stood out above the rest with their unique sets and live performances – Former Smash Bros Pro Gamer Freya Fox and Bling Empire’s Kim Lee.

Freya Fox performed a Live EDM set at the Hot Import Nights stage utilizing  Ableton Live and her live vocals which created energetic set full of anime inspired visuals. The show was highly produced with synchronized visuals to the music and included sing-a-long lyrics which encouraged the crowd to sing with her.

The live EDM show which was inspired by Porter Robinson’s Nurture Live and Sofi Tucker’s hybrid DJ sets, was performed for the first time ever at LA3C. Fox even included her new anime EDM / future bass single “I’m Too Free” which debuted on streaming platforms shortly after her set. She sang her song live with pristine vocals and the crowd was very receptive to the song.

Closing off the set, Fox performed and sang her brand new remix/cover of Zedd and Porter Robinson’s “Clarity” (Together Live Flip) which was an inspiring remix which sampled portions of Porter Robinson’s Second Sky “Clarity” remix.

An estimated 1,000 people poured into the crowd as she closed her set with Clarity. New fans weren drawn to her Clarity remix after watching Kpop band “SEVENTEEN” who had just ended their set moments before Freya Fox.

The crowd erupted in loud sing-a-long to the famous post chorus “Hey aye aye” which Fox expertly lead them to do in a church like fashion before closing the set.

Shortly after Fox’s set, Maxim Cover Girl Amber “Kill Bambi” Bernstein rocked the stage with her explosive style and colorful visuals.

Kim Lee who performed after Kill Bambi and Fox. played everything from Tech House to Hip Hop, and had show stopping visuals / pyro technics to compliment the Bling Empire’s fiery personality.

Lee played songs such as Armani White’s “Billie Ellish” which got the crowd wild and dancing. Her knowledge of solid club DJ sets fit perfectly with the vibe of LA3C and Hot Import Nights.

Lee who is a resident DJ at the Wynn Las Vegas, has been working hard for the past few years to become a legitimate force in the music industry. LA3C’s set truly showed off her skill and commitment to DJing aside from being a reality TV star.
