Over the weekend, the renowned Palms Hotel in Las Vegas was electrified by the incomparable talent of 12x Grammy-winning, platinum-selling artist Babyface. The iconic singer-songwriter, known for his endless catalog of hits, treated fans to an unforgettable night of music and nostalgia.
As the lights dimmed and the crowd erupted in anticipation, Babyface took the stage with the presence of a legend. From the first note, the atmosphere was charged with excitement as he effortlessly transported fans through decades of his illustrious career. The audience was captivated as he flawlessly performed hit after hit, including classics like “Whip Appeal,” “Every Time I Close My Eyes,” and a mesmerizing medley of his greatest compositions for artists such as Bobby Brown, Whitney Houston, TLC, and Boyz II Men.
But the surprises didn’t end there. Babyface delighted the audience by bringing out an array of special guests who added their own magic to the already unforgettable evening. The soulful Chante Moore lent her vocals to Karen White’s timeless anthem “Superwoman,” while the charismatic Tank put his unique touch on Johnny Gill’s beloved hit “My, My, My.” Kevon Edmonds showcased his incredible talent with a stunning rendition of After 7’s “Ready or Not.” The crowd was on their feet, moved by the exceptional performances and the undeniable chemistry between these phenomenal artists.
The pinnacle of the night came when Tank and Kevon joined Babyface on stage for a show-stopping collaboration. Together, they delivered a crowd-pleasing rendition of “End of the Road,” and “I’ll Make Love to You,” timeless Boyz II Men classics that Babyface had written.
