DeAna Fai, made her way through the film scene. With her songs “Christmas Love” and “Ready For Christmas” appearing in Rom-Com holiday flicks, DeAna Fai keeps up her Christmas music binge. DeAna Fai joined the cast and crew of the Romantic Comedy “A Kismet Holiday,” which took home the 2024 Essence Film Festival Jury Award for Best Narrative Feature Film. “A Kismet Holiday” is anticipated to be a huge hit upon its release later this year considering Chuck and Bree West as producers, as well as the support from viewers who had the privilege to attend the premiere. The crew continued with Chazitear as both a director and co-writer of the film. Elle Varner, Kym Whitley, Joyful Drake, Lamman Rucker, and Asiahn are amongst its cast members.

The Essence Film Festival triumph for “A Kismet Holiday” has given the singer her first win for the year, but “A Heart for Christmas” will surely be another to look forward to in the upcoming months.
