Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Texas-based singer-songwriter Hilary Roberts is delivering the kind of slow-burning R&B we’ve been missing. Her new single “Oooh” is a sultry, early-2000s-inspired jam that blends rich vocals, seductive production, and emotional storytelling into a certified grown-and-sexy anthem. The track is now available on all streaming platforms, alongside a steamy new music video dropping the same day on YouTube.
Produced by Grammy-winning heavyweights Damon Sharpe (Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Kylie Minogue) and Eric Sanicola, “Oooh” showcases Roberts in her most confident and vulnerable form yet. It’s a love letter to her husband—and a celebration of what it feels like to finally be loved right, after surviving years of trauma, abusive relationships, and personal battles.
“I’ve done the work, I’ve healed, and now I’m finally experiencing the kind of love I used to pray for,” says Roberts. “This song is about being able to give from that intimate part of myself because I feel safe and cherished.”
The accompanying music video, directed by Alexis Mendez, mirrors the mood and message of the track with warmth, sensuality, and visual storytelling that elevates the emotion behind every note.
If you’re new to Hilary Roberts, she’s far from a rookie. Her journey includes overcoming addiction, surviving open-heart surgery, and reclaiming her voice, literally. She first broke onto the scene with Billboard-charting dance hits like “There For You” and “Back To Life,” and later founded the Red Songbird Foundation, a nonprofit helping people recover from trauma and addiction. Now, she’s flipping the script and leaning into her R&B side with powerful results.
With more music lined up in the coming months—and talk of an upcoming EP—Hilary Roberts is making it clear: her pen is sharp, her voice is stronger than ever, and her story is far from over.

Watch “Oooh” on YouTube and stream it everywhere now.
