Yung Miami is giving her breakout solo hit “Spend Dat” an international boost with two new remixes featuring some of hip-hop, Afrobeats and dancehall’s biggest names. Released Aug. 28 through Uptown Records, the first version pairs Miami with Lil Baby and Kodak Black, while the international edition features Nigerian star Davido, Jamaican artist Shenseea and dancehall veteran Vybz Kartel. The releases build on the song’s run on the Billboard charts, where “Spend Dat” reached No. 17 on the Hot 100 and gave Miami her first solo Top 20 hit.
The original track has also become a fixture across social media and live entertainment, with fans turning its catchy refrain into a summer soundtrack. Miami performed the song during the New York Knicks’ championship parade, while its appearance at the 2026 BET Awards and Monica’s incorporation of the track into her ESSENCE Festival set helped push it further into the cultural conversation. The new remixes expand that momentum by connecting Miami’s sound with artists representing different corners of the global music scene.
With “Spend Dat” continuing to gain traction, Miami is now looking toward the release of her debut solo album. The project follows years of work as part of City Girls as well as her solo releases, including “Rap Freaks” and “CFWM.” Beyond music, Miami has expanded her profile through her podcast “Caresha Please,” which has generated millions of YouTube views, and other entertainment ventures. She is also set to headline Billboard’s R&B Hip-Hop Live 2026 as she enters the next stage of her solo career.
