FROM THE STREETS OF LAGOS TO AMERICAN IDOL
Jussoul’s musical journey began when he was just 14 years old, performing on the streets of Lagos, Nigeria. What began as a young artist pursuing his passion would eventually lead him to one of America’s biggest television stages.
In 2021, Jussoul became a Top 40 contestant on ABC’s American Idol, an experience that helped propel his professional music career forward. His journey from performing on the streets of Lagos to appearing on national American television has become an important part of his story as an artist.
