The rumors are true, Priority Records is back and will officially launch August 13th. How you ask? Capitol Music Group and Insurgency Music have formed a joint venture to make this historic event possible. The re-launch will consist of the release of Just Blaze and Baauer’s collaborative record “Higher” featuring Jay Z. Michael Cohen will take the position of president at the label and has already confirmed that producer Harry Fraud and his Surf School Recordings Imprint have already signed with Priority. Fraud is most known for his collaboration and production with Action Bronson, Smoke DZA, Curren$y and his Surf School Recordings artists. via Billboard
