As a child, no one would have expected Aaron “Gobbana” Pleasant to be a superstar. From the day he was born, 5-22-1987, up until the age of 10 Gobanna was very quiet and books smart in public school. Around the age of 11 after being sent to catholic school, Gobbana blossumed as more of a leader. Years passed and after graduating from Roxborough High School in 2005 Gabbana went to the community college of philadelphia where with the help of Kendra G, an On-Air Jockey for Radio-One, Gobbana begin an internship at Radio-One. After two semesters of going hard to radio-one, Gobbana recieved an oppurtunity to host his own radio show on a community radio station in West Philadelphia by the name of WPEB 88.1FM. In September of 2009, he launched his show “GobbanaLand” which still comes on to this day on Mondays and Fridays from 2pm to 5pm, along with writing for Urban Magazine with his article called The Gobbana Guide. The various artist he interviwed on his show motivated Gobbana as he finally decided to extend his resume by launching his music career! With various hits that have not only been played by 100.3 The Beat and featured on commercials, he also has linked up and worked with Producers L.R. (Produced for Fab, Wu-Tang, Sheek, Styles P, Ludacris & more). He has recently extended his resume to teaching where he teaches an Entrepreneur class at Philadelphia Mennonite High School as well as opening up a Clothing Line with his Slogan “Im a Believer” as the catchy sales Pitch. Becoming more and more of a house hold name in the Tris State Area, Gobbana someday hopes to make believers out of everyone. . .
