As we reported, Chris Brown was arrested after being kicked out of a Malibu rehab center. Chris has been in the rehab center for about four months and was said to have been doing well before things went wrong. Although his lawyer, Mark Geragos, is pushing to have the singer enter another rehab center or at least be on house arrest. This is the second rehab center to kick Chris out so his chances of being allowed to enter another instead of prison is slim. Breezy is facing at least one month in jail and could end up with some serious prison time.
