This weekend was the 7th annual Roots Picnic in Philly. Snoop Dogg was one of the performers who laced the stage and brought out the Dogg Pound with him. Chilly Moody, Janelle Monae, Action Bronson, Jhene Aiko, Just Blaze, A$AP Feg, The War On Drugs, Rudimental, and more hit the stage as well. Biz Markie and Dougie Fresh also surprised festival-goers.
