Alex Phillips, a a 17 year-old Wisconsin teenager, has been arrested on felony charges of child pornography. He also faces charges of defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.
Phillips posted naked photos of his ex-girlfriend on his MySpace account. When contacted by by police about the two cell phone camera images of his 16 year-old ex, Phillips refused to take them down.
When he was threatened with facing jail time for displaying naked photos of an underage girl, he responded with, “F#ck that, I am keeping them up.”
The Smoking Gun reports, Phillips told cops that he posted the photos last week “because he was venting.” The cell phone camera photos had been taken by the girl, who provided them to Phillips.
Along with posting the photos, Phillips added explicit captions like, “Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!”
While claiming that his goal was not to harm the girl, Phillips acknowledged that, “he probably should not have done this,” according to the May 20 court filing. Along with the child porn count, Phillips was charged with defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.
He did this shit because he was venting? ” Males dont get jealous thats a female trait”. There are alot of sick people out there. Dam I didnt know people can get locked up from myspace over shit like that. Myspace is full of kids showing there flesha dn stuff to get more profile views. The law has a lot of cracking down to do if they are going to be consistent with this.
