In the battle of Stan Van Gundy vs. Dwight Howard, Howard wins! Head coach, Van Gundy and General Manager Otis Smith were fired from the Orlando Magic organization Monday night. The organization is probably going to project that Howard has nothing to do with the firing of the two to the media.
