Nike is getting with the times and entering the digital world. In a effort to give sneakerheads a new and easier way to purchase and get information on sneaker and appeal releases, Nike is set to launch a new app called “SNKRS”.
According to Nike,
Sneaker lovers across the United States will soon have a new inside source for highly coveted Nike footwear. The Nike SNKRS app is a one-stop sneaker shop that grants mobile access to the most premium Nike sneakers. It offers the best catalog of men’s and women’s shoes, including popular franchises like Air Force 1, Air Max, Foamposite and Jordan, as well as Nike SB products.
SNKRS makes it easy to purchase sneakers in seconds, directly within the app. Billing, shipping, and sizing information can be safely stored to expedite the process upon checkout.
Nike SNKRS will launch later this spring for iOS, with an Android version launching soon afterward. Beginning Feb. 12, at 8 a.m. EST, advance access will be available to a limited number of consumers in the U.S.

Zoom City SNKRS Station: Consumers in New York City Feb.12-15 can register for access to the Zoom City SNKRS Station at the corner of 348 Bowery and Great Jones to get SNKRS installed on an iOS device. Please visit www.nike.com/nyc for more information and details.
