On Thursday October 12th at about 12:30 a.m. Denise Darbeau, 24, of Queens, and her friend, Rachel Edwards, 24, of Brooklyn got into a physical confrontation with Greenwich Village McDonalds employee Rayon McIntosh, 31, after he told them he had to scan their $50 bill before giving them their food. Darbeau can be seen cursing out Mcintosh, calling him “p*ssy” and eventually slapping the cashier who retaliates by shoving her. That’s when all hell breaks loose. The young women proceed to jump the counter and confront Mcinthosh who retrieves a metal rod and commences to bat.
He starts cracking Edwards on the back and arm and Darbeau on her head causing them to fall to the ground where Mcintosh continues the attack while co-worlers fail to subdue him as on lookers scream “Stop!” in shock & horror. To make matters worse, McIntosh served more than a decade in prison after being convicted of shooting and killing Oshan Litchmore, 17, a classmate at Bronx’s Evander Childs High School in 2000, when he was only 19 years old. The two teens were outside Macy’s at the Galleria Mall in Westchester when they got into an argument. The fatal bullet passed through Litchmore and hit an 8-year-old passerby in the leg. McIntosh, who presently lives in the Bronx, was sentenced to 10 to 12 1/2 years in prison. He was paroled last March and has been working in the Village McDonald’s since then, according to police sources. The two women were taken to the hospital. Darbeau suffered a fractured skull and broken arm which required surgery. Lesson learned: ladies wanna act like a thug expect to be treated like one and just cause someone says “Hi, welcome to McDonald’s“ for a living doesn’t mean they won’t go upside a n*gga’s medula.
