Mark Wahlberg would like you to say hello to your real estate agent for him – and buy his Beverly Hills mansion for $13.95 million.
The actor and producer is re-listing the property, according to the Wall Street Journal. Wahlberg tried to sell in 2008 for $15.9 million, but took the home off the market when he and his wife, Rhea Durham, were having another child.
Wahlberg is selling, the Journal reports, because he’s building a 33,000-square-foot home for his family in Beverly Park, a gated community in Beverly Hills. He’s currently got four children – but that sounds like enough room for an entire baseball team.
The home for sale is a 1.7-acre property that Wahlberg bought in 2001 for $4.95 and then upgraded to make it “Entourage” worthy, according to Realtor.com. The Mediterranean-style main house has five bedrooms, and a guest house has two more. There’s a 2,500-square-foot gym, complete with a boxing ring, which we’re guessing got a workout while Wahlberg was prepping for his star role in “The Fighter.” The property also has a putting green, a sports court and a pool with a waterfall and a grotto.
