Jay-Z has officially ventured into the chicken business. Mr. Carter has teamed with his mother Gloria, his sister Andrea and his first cousin Jamar White to invest in the Buffalo Boss restuarant. Buffalo Boss, which also delivers to the local community, prides itself on its chicken being 100% organic chicken with no hormones and no trans-fat. And no, Jay-Z will not be doing any of the deliveries. But maybe Freeway will to help pay his bills. The restaurant opened in downtown Brooklyn where he hopes to woo Caremlo Anthony with a life time supply of chicken wings.
