Hollywood actor and rapper Will Smith’s NYC rental apartment during the filming of ‘Men in Black III’ has reportedly hit the 19.5 million dollars mark in the NoHo real estate market.
According to Zillow, The 25 Bond Street, NYC apartment covers 7,300-square feet and has five bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms.
The West Philadelphia native rented the apartment along with his wife and kids at the end of 2010 while he was filming the third sequel of the Men In Black franchise, the New York Daily news reported. Smith was chilling out, relaxing and maxing all cool at the rental – in the ballpark of $55,000 to$85,000 a month. But the movie has since wrapped, and Smith, Jada and the kids have left.
There are four working fireplaces, a kitchen with “2 of everything” and wall space for even the largest art piece.
