Every Friday at the Art Garage here in Philly from 5pm-9pm, Free entry and drink specials. This was the first one and you know how the Arts Garage gets, if its popping then it don’t stop. The event started at 5pm and ended a little after midnight. So the question is, can you party for free for 7 hours??? Free Entry + Arts Garage on Friday afternoons = the best start to your weekend.
