Last week give us a few first in the NFL highlighted by the performance and fourth quarter comeback by Tim Tebow and the Denver Broncos. Even with a few new beginnings some things stayed the same. The Green Bay Packers are still undefeated and both the Miami Dolphins and St. Louis Rams are both still winless. As we approach Week 8 of the 2011 season here are my picks for the week:
