Whenever I have a long car ride, usually from NYC or DC back to Philly and Im feeling drowsy, I throw this on in the car. Yup, the classic 2002, Hot 97, State Property freestyle with Funkmaster Flex jumping in and out to tell the Philly rappers to stop cursing. I remember days and nights listening to this none stop and going back and forth with my homies reciting these freestyles like they were our own raps. When I think of State Property I think of this classic freestyle dissin Nas and D-Block live on air in New York City. This is the definition of Throwback Thursday.
