As promised, Jay-Z has announced Phase 1 of the lineup for his first Made In America Festival that will take place on September 1st and 2nd at Fairmount Park in Philadelphia. Headlining the event will be Jay-Z and legendary rock group Pearl Jam. Tickets are set to go on sale May 23rd. More artists are still going to be announced.
