Welp it appears Pete Carroll and the Seattle Seahawks have made up their minds on quarterback Tarvaris Jackson. After signing free agent quarterback Matt Flynn in the off-season and after naming rookie former N.C.State and Wisconsin QB Russell Wilson the starter Jackson is out.
The Seahawks have agreed to send Jackson to Buffalo Bills for an undisclosed draft pick on sunday. The Bills are trying to finalize a new contract with Jackson, according to the sources. He is scheduled to make $4 million this season and could easily become the second string quarterback behind Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Jackson was a second-round pick of the Minnesota Vikings in 2006 who spent last year with the Seahawks starting 14 out of 17 games but sat out all three preseason games Seattle played this season.
