Ever since XXL released the candidates for this years freshman cover people have been speculating on who should make the cover. We all know what comes with lists, speculation and criticism. Rap Radar’s Elliott Wilson even releases an episode on his The Truth series predicting who would make the cut. The cover has finally been revealed and it features a few surprises.

I actually think that Elliott Wilson’s list was better. XXL never really gets it right, only a handful of people from this Freshman cover actually end up popping.
